1、我国民营企业融资现状及对策分析姓　名学　号专　　业会计学指导教师2008年4月30日15摘要随着我国经济改革的不断深入，民营企业在社会主义市场经济中的地位愈益重要。近年来，我国民营企业获得较快发展，总体规模不断扩大，经营领域不断拓宽，企业管理水平稳步提高，对我国经济发展和社会稳定发挥着重要作用。但从总体上看，民营企业的发展仍面临许多问题，其中最主要问题就是融资难的问题，而融资是企业生产经营活动的必要条件。融资难的问题一直制约着民营企业的发展，现已成为民营企业发展的最大瓶颈。本文主要是围绕民营企业融资难的原因展开探讨，然后分析了我国民营企业的融资特点，进而又分析了

2、我国民营企业融资的现状以及融资难对民营企业自身和政府所造成的影响，同时，对融资难的原因进行了探讨：主要有民营企业自身存在的融资障碍，国有银行体制改革的滞后，金融机构发展状况不理想和直接融资制度不健全等。最后结合民营企业自身的特点、政府政策、金融环境及我国民营企业所处的现实环境，提出了解决融资问题的对策，并对进一步拓展我国民营企业融资渠道进行了探讨。关键词：民营企业；融资现状；原因分析；融资对策15AbstractAsChina'seconomicreformcontinuestodeepen,privateenterpriseshavebecomemoreimp
