1、加强民族团结构建和谐校园“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒；水滴石穿，非一时之功”，这是焉耆县第三中学民族团结教育工作的真实写照。2010年7月18日，天气异常炎热，下午6时许焉耆县第三中学的依明江•玉素甫老师与两位同事一同去开都河畔游玩。他们正在河边边聊边走时，突然听到河中央传来呼救声，依明江•玉素甫马上意识到有人落水了，他迅速和两位同事循声向出事地点跑过去。看到远处的河水中央有两个模糊的脑袋忽隐忽现，情势十分危急，当时河岸上有许多围观群众，但谁也没有胆量跳下水去救人。在这危急关头，依明江•玉素甫和同来的两位同事毫不犹豫的跳入了
2、水中，奋力向遇险者游过去。但就在这时，危险情况再次发生，原来当依明江•玉素甫的两位同事游过去救人时，却被水中的落难者给死死地抱住了。“这样下去都会送死，谁也救不上来”，依明江•玉素甫想到。他从附近的一条小充气船上找来一根绳子，迅速游到遇难者身边，艰难的将绳子绑在遇难者身上，然后用牙咬住绳子，拼命地将抱在一起的四个人往岸边拖，期间不断有水涌进他的嘴里和鼻子里，但他根本无法顾及。就这样，水中的五个人一起一落地向岸边缓慢移动，20米、15米、10米、5米……岸上的人们下水将这五人拖上岸来，而此时的依明江•玉素甫因为喝水太多昏
