4、nconsistentwiththeclinicalresults.Inordertoestablishaconvenientmethodfortestingthespecificityoftheactivatedlymphocytesinvitro,soastoknowtherejectionoccurredornotbytestingtheexistenceofthespecificactivatedlympho—cytesagainstdonor'sHLAantigensintherecipient'speripheralblood.Methods:Anti—IL一2neu
5、tralizingmonoclonalantibody(anti—IL一2N—mAb)andimmunosuppressorswereintroducedinthistestsysteminthepresenceofspecificstimulatorsandactivatedlymphocytes.Results:Whentheactivatedlymphocyteswerechosenfromtheone—wayMLC4dtoundergore—stimulationbyspecificstimulators,theactivityofacti—vatedlymphocyte
6、sinthetreatmentgroupwassuppressedsignificantlycomparedwiththatinthecontrolgroup.Theresultofthistestmethodisconsistentwiththebiopsyintheclinicaldiagnosisofrejection.Conclusion:Itsuggeststhattheactivatedlymphocytescanbeinactivatedbyspecificantigensincertaincon—ditions.Thiscanbeausefultooltodefi
