4、s.Thismanualisintendedtoserveasthebasisforanemployerintegratedsafetyandhealthmanagementprogram.ImplementationofthissafetyprogramsatisfiestherequirementsoftheDivisionofSafety.Theessentialelementsofthisprograminclude:topmanagement'scommitmentandinvolvement;theestablishmentandopera
5、tionofsafetycommittees;provisionsforsafetyandhealthtraining;firstaidprocedures;accidentinvestigations;recordkeepingofinjuries;andworkplacesafetyrules,policies,andprocedures.Ifthismanualmeetstheneedsofyourestablishment,itmaybeusedexactlyaswritten.Ifyouhavepreviouslyestablishedand
