1、全套设计（图纸）加扣扣194535455摘要铸轧机的铸轧过程是靠铝熔体的静压力作用，通过前箱与供料嘴将液态金属输送到被冷却的两个轧辊之间，使液态金属快速凝固结晶，结晶后的固态金属铝被转动的铸轧辊咬入，并给以一定的轧制加工率，经受一定量的变形，连续轧制出板卷坯料。随着铸轧机产业化演进，关键技术环节的突破，铸轧机的运用将更加广泛与深入。我国在铸轧机领域的研究起步较晚，无论在铸轧理论方面，还是在铸轧技术方面，与工业发达国家相比还有一定的差距。为了知道铸轧机轧制出优质铝板的最优条件，设计制造一台可以进行实际生产的铸轧机，并以之进行科学实验。本文详细介绍了铸轧机的工作原理和设
