1、TGF-β1、TβRII在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其意义【摘要】目的通过检测TGF-β1、TβRII在子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达，分析其与临床病理因素的关系，进一步探讨子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展的分子生物学机制及其能否作为预测子宫内膜样腺癌浸润、转移潜能和预后的分子生物学指标。方法采用免疫组化SP法对32例子宫内膜样腺癌、10例正常子宫内膜组织、10例单纯性增生内膜组织、10例复杂性增生内膜组织及10例非典型增生内膜组织共计72例石蜡组织进行TGF-β1、TβRII蛋白表达的检测。结果TGF-β1在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达显著高于正常子宫内
2、膜组（P﹤0.01）。TGF-β1表达强度与子宫内膜样腺癌的临床分期（P﹤0.01）、肌层浸润深度(P﹤0.01)及淋巴结转移(P﹤0.05)间的差别具有统计学意义。TβRII在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达显著低于正常子宫内膜组（P﹤0.05）。TβRII表达强度与子宫内膜样腺癌的临床分期（P﹤0.05）、肌层浸润深度(P﹤0.05)及淋巴结转移(P﹤0.05)间的差别具有统计学意义。结论TGF-β1在正常子宫内膜向内膜癌转变过程中发挥着重要作用。TGF-β1表达强度与子宫内膜样腺癌的临床分期、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关。TGF-β1促进子宫内膜样腺癌
