1、论法定夫妻财产制的完善法学专业学生蒋梅指导教师曾玉珊摘要：我国法定夫妻财产制由共同法定财产制和个人特有财产制两部分构成,其立法主要体现在婚姻法第十七条和第十八条.由于现行婚姻法相关立法存在缺陷,因而给司法实践中夫妻财产纠纷的解决带来许多困扰,这些缺陷表现在无非常法定财产制立法,夫妻关系存续期间知识产权期待利益的定性不明,婚前财产经过婚后管理和使用的定性不准,一方专用生活用品的界定不清,以及缺少对夫妻个人财产处分权的法定限制制度.针对这些缺陷,并考察国外相关夫妻财产制立法,从共同法定财产制和个人特有财产制这两方面对我国法定夫妻财产制提出几点完善
