1、河南财经政法大学成功学院本科生毕业论文工业企业负债筹资风险分析摘　要由于企业有了自主筹资的权力，现代工业企业负债经营现象也就普遍存在，筹资手段也越来越多样化，随着负债筹资而带来的风险也越来越严重。现代工业企业如何在21世纪的激烈竞争环境中降低或排除风险求得生存，是当前工业企业亟待解决的问题。本文通过对现代工业负债筹资现状进行分析，以完善工业企业风险筹资为目的，理论联系实际，对工业企业负债筹资存在的问题进行研究分析。首先界定了工业企业风险筹资的概念，从筹资的背景意义到筹资的渠道再到筹资的方法进行分析。其次对工业企业筹资风险的根源或成因进行研究，提出筹资既有举债本身的内在

2、因素，也存在举债之外的因素。最后提出工业企业负债筹资风险的防范对策，应选择适合企业自身的资本结构、分析企业经营风险、分析企业筹资数量及原则、具备一定的风险管理意识等措施来降低企业自身的风险。关键词：工业企业；负债筹资；筹资风险；风险防范AbstractBecausetheenterprisehadtheindependentfundraisingauthority,themodernindustryenterpriseonborrowingsphenomenonalsogenerallyexists,fundraisingmethodalsomoreandmoredi
