1、近红外光谱技术在帕金森病大鼠脑组织射频毁损术中应用[摘要]目的探索近红外光谱(NIRS)技术用于立体定向靶点毁损术中实时监测的可行性,并观察此过程中NIRS参数的变化规律。方法在大鼠脑纹状体采用两点注入法注入6-OHDA建立帕金森病(PD)大鼠模型;对正常及PD大鼠进行射频毁损,观察并记录脑组织靶点毁损时的NIRS尤其是优化散射系数的变化情况。结果(1)50只大鼠中有40只经阿扑吗啡(APO)诱导后表现为恒定左侧旋转,旋转圈数超过7r•min-1。(2)射频毁损丘脑腹外侧核(Vim)时,在各温度点下NIRS出现特征性变化曲线。�结论利用NI
