6、······················110一炼分厂工艺技术文件(第1次修订)文件编号XFGY01/01~11-2007一、原料基本规程(XFGY01/01-2007)1、铁水供应1.1炼钢用铁水化学成分执行标准:YB/T5296-2006《炼钢用生铁》。表-1炼钢铁水技术条件参考表:牌号L04L08L10化学成分%硅[Si]≤0.45>0.45~0.85>0.85~1.25碳[C]≥3.50锰[Mn]一组≤0.40二组>0.40~1.00三组>1.00~2.00磷[P]特级≤0.100一级>0.100~0.150二级>0.150~0.250三级
7、>0.250~0.400硫[S]特类≤0.020一类>0.020~0.030二类>0.030~0.050三类>0.050~0.070铁水温度≥1280℃带渣量≤1%注:①正常情况下转炉炼钢用铁水应符合以上要求,考虑转炉炼钢对铁水的适用情况,以上条件可暂不作为验收依据;但当铁水硅(%)>0.85、锰(%)>1.00、磷(%)>0.100、硫(%)>0.070,铁水温度(℃)<1280,应及时通知铁厂高炉,以便作出调整。③优先使用L04、L08牌号铁水,锰含量三组、磷含量二级以下、硫含量出格铁水应尽量少用。1.2当铁水罐到炉前时,应查明铁水罐号和对应(高炉
