3、helegaleffectoftestamentarysuccession.Infact,testamentarysuccession,asaformofsuccession,doesnothaveanylegaleffectinitself.Therefore,thisargumentcannotrevealitsessence.Inviewofthissituation,thispaperoutlinedinthefollowing:I.ThelegaleffectofawillistheforceofawillThelegaleff
4、ectofawill,thatis,thelegalforceandbindingforceofthewill.Itisthepremiseoftestamentarysuccessionandbequest.Thespecificcontentofthewillisdeterminedbythetestator,butaslongastheformandcontentofthewillarelegal,itisnotonlythewillofthetestator,butalsothewilloftherulingclass.Inthi
5、ssense,thelegalvalidityofthewillistheforceofthelawitself.Because,accordingtothewillofthesuccessionandlegacy,whichinitselfisapartofthecivillegalsystem.Atthesametime,avalidwillismandatoryandnotarbitrarylegalnorms,becausefromallitscontentsaredetermined,suchastheshareoftheest
6、ate,designatedheirofthedivision,nopersonshallbefreetochange,change.Intheeventofthedeathofthetestator,thesuccessionofthepropertymustbecarriedoutaccordingtotheprovisionsofthelaw.Otherwise,thepartyconcernedmayrequestthepeople'scourttoprotectitinaccordancewiththelaw.Thusitcan
