1、激光快速成型TC4超声衰减系数测量摘要:为了改进激光快速成型TC4的超声检测工艺,必需要了解激光快速成型TC4的衰减系数,常规的超声检测方法自动化程度不高,测量衰减系数选取的点不够多,检测缺陷的灵敏度也不够,很难准确地测量出激光快速成型TC4的衰减系数。本文以激光快速成型TC4为研究对象,利用超声射入工件的表面波、第一次底波和第二次底波等这些可测参量,对激光快速成型TC4进行超声无损评价。本文利用水浸式超声扫查系统对激光快速成型TC4试件进行超声数据采集,采用不同频率的探头进行扫查,测得激光快速成型TC4的声速,
