1、高校学生领导力培养问题探析,领导艺术论文高校学生领导力培育研究结论与参考文献 摘要 随着人才培养观念的不断更新和高等教育改革的逐步深入，培养具有卓越领导能力的高素质人才成为高校的一项重要任务。大学生领导力培养是素质教育中的一项重要内容，在高校开展大学生领导力教育，不仅符合国家对高等教育人才培养的要求，更有助于推动大学生实现个人全面发展，为国家培养大批合格的建设者和接班人。本文把领导力概念引入到高校人才培养研究中，在对高校大学生、高校教师、用人单位进行充分调研的基础上，系统分析大学生领导力特质，为开展大学生领导力培养和评价提供理论支持，
2、为深入开展大学生素质教育工作提供重要依据。 论文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、特尔菲法等研究方法，并通过使用SPSS17.0统计软件，进行了大学生领导力词汇提取、领导力词汇问卷调查和领导力内容问卷调查，并以此为基础，构建了大学生领导力模型，模型分为领导感召力、领导决断力、领导前瞻力、领导影响力、领导控制力五个维度；开发了大学生领导力量表，通过运用量表进行实证调研，完成了高校大学生领导力现状评价、差异性和原因分析；并有针对性地提出了大学生领导力培养的对策。 关键字：领导科学大学生领导力模型社会责任感教育 ABSTRACT en
