7、制系统的设计方法，以及电气常用元器件的选择，使学生初步具有控制系统主电路，控制电路的分析和设计方法，同时是学生掌握电气原理图和绘制方法，为今后走上工作岗位应用电气控制基本理论知识奠定良好基础。2、某烧结厂冷却风机有四台110KW水泵，要求根据用风量的大小调整开机的数量，开机时，风机要按照1号、2号、3号、4号的顺序起动；为减少电机起动时对电网的冲击，采用软启动器进行起动；为降低控制设备的成本，采用一台软启动器，当1号风机完成起动，电动机转速达到额定转速，切换到直接运行方式，同时将软启动器退出，再按相同的
