1、高度近视白内障术后高眼压观察摘要目的：观察高度近视患者白内障术后的眼压变化。方法：对单纯老年性白内障183例(192眼)A组，与同期进行的高度近视合并白内障患者58例(64眼)，其中高度近视(-6D～-10D)37例(39眼)B组，超高度近视(＞-10D)21例(25眼)C组均行白内障囊外摘出(ECCE)联合后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果：术后随访中，A、B、C组术前眼压均在正常范围，各组之间差异无统计学意义(P＞005)，A组术后1天、1周、2周、3个月的眼压与术前相比差异均无统计学意义(P＞0

2、05)，B组、C组术后1天，1周的眼压与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P＜005)，B组、C组术后2周、3个月的眼压与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P＞005)。A组眼压升高7例(364%)，B组眼压升高8例(2051%)，C组眼压升高6例(24%)。结论：高度近视由于眼部解剖等原因，白内障摘除术后易导致高眼压。术后注意观察眼压变化，及时发现处理高眼压，促进术后视功能恢复。关键词白内障高度近视眼压doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2012.14.185AbstractOb
