3、onmentprotectionifthewastecookingoilsareproducedintobiodiesel.ItWasdetailedthepre-treatmentofwastecookingoil,kineticsofbiodieselpreparationwithcosolvent,thephysico—chemicalperformancesofbiodieselandthelubricityofbiodieselinthepresentthesis.Themainresearchcon
4、tentsareasfollows:(1)Thephysico—chemicalperformancesofwastecookingoilwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthattheacidvalueanhydrouswastecookingoilWasincreasedwiththedepositiontime,whilethedensityWasdecreased.(2)Bothprocessesofthedecolorationandreducingacidvalueofwast
5、ecookingoilwerealsostudiedaswell.Itwasfoundthattheoptimizedparametersfordecolorationprocesswassuggestedasfollows:kaolineconcentrationwas10wt%;decolorationtemperatureWas80℃andadsorptiontimeWas30min;Atthesametime,extraction,neutralizationandesterificationproce
6、sseswereinvestigated,anditWasfoundthatcatalyticesterificationwithH2S04wasthemostefficientmethodtoreduceacidvalueandtheoptimizedparametersfortheesterificationwasasfollows:themolarratioofethanoltoacid20:1,H2S04:2.0%,reactiontemperature78。Candreactiontimelh.The
7、conversionratiooffreefattyacidwasupto90.65%undertheoptimalconditions.(3)Anovelcatalyticprocesswasadoptedwithpotassiumhydroxidetopreparebiodieselfromwastecookingoil.TheresultsshowedthattheoptimizedparametersfortransesterificationprocessWasasfollows:molarratio
