1、Supreme喉罩全麻患者在麻醉后恢复室并发症研究及处理【摘要】目的分析使用Supreme喉罩全身麻醉手术后的成年患者在麻醉后恢复室(PACU)发生的并发症，探讨采取相应处理对策及其效果。方法回顾性分析2010年7月至2011年7月1536例全身麻醉患者使用Supreme喉罩术后在PACU的临床资料，对可能发生喉罩移位引起的通气障碍、呛咳、体动、反流、误吸、恶心、呕吐、咽痛、喉痉挛等不良反应采取一些预防或处理措施。结果所有患者均在PACU顺利拔除喉罩并安返病房。其中55例(3.58％)出现轻微咽痛不适，8例(0.52%)出现呛咳、体动，9例(0.59%)出现喉罩移位引起通气
2、障碍，经及时对症处理好转；无反流、误吸、喉痉挛等严重并发症。结论使用表面涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏的喉罩，置入喉罩动作轻柔，套囊适当充气，可减少患者的咽痛不适、呛咳等并发症；经喉罩胃液引流管及时吸引胃液和气体，可有效防范反流、误吸，更好地保护气道。转运患者过程中，保持喉罩的稳定性极为重要，以防止喉罩移位致通气障碍。�【关键词】Supreme喉罩；全身麻醉；麻醉后恢复室；并发症��
