4、rom[InsertHere].2)BILLINGOFLADING2.1Intheeventwhereissuingthecounter-party’sBillofLadingisunavoidable,writtenpre-noticeshallbesenttothecounter-partyforacknowledgementandwrittenapprovalmustbereceivedinadvance.2.2Foranyandallunauthorizedissuingofthecounter-part
5、y’sBillofLading,thepartywhobreachesthisagreementshalltakefullresponsibilityforalltheconsequenceandliabilitiessocaused.2.3ForanyandallunauthorizedreleasingofgoodswithoutpresentationoforiginalBillofLading,thepartywhocommitssuchmistakeshalltakefullresponsibility
6、foralltheconsequenceandliabilitiessocaused.3)ACTIVITIES8Both[InsertHere]and[InsertHere]shallhandletheinwardand/oroutwardshipmentsfromthecounter-partybasedontheguidelineshereinaftermentioned.3.1TosendArrivalNoticetoconsignee(s)beforevesseland/orplanearriveatdi
7、schargingportand/orairport,orassoonasrelevantdocumentsreceivedfromthecounter-party.3.2Tosendpre-alertbyfaxore-maileverytimeshipmentsareaddressbyonepartytotheother,advisingthedetailsoftheconveyanceinvolved,numberofpackages,weight,valueofcargo,freightamount,COD
8、’s,CAD’soranyotherfeestobecollected.ToprovideanyotherinformationasmayberequiredbylocalCustomAuthorityandGovernmentalBodies.3.3TodestuffLCLcargoateachparty’scontractedwarehouse,orattheware
