2、归.结果LPI治疗前眼压平均(20.21±12.78)mmrls;治疗后1月眼压平均(13.84±3.86)mmHg,观察终末眼压平均(14.9l±5.87)mmHg;76例眼压长期控制,有效率(9o.47%);2例眼压增高,视神经发生改变(2.38%)行手术治疗;6例眼压增高而未发生视神经病变(7.14%)给予药物控制眼压.结论LPI能够控制PAG患者的眼压,疗效持久,稳定.[关键词]原发性房角关闭;激光周边虹膜切除术;眼压;治疗[中图分类号]R779.6[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1003—4706(2007)03—0093—03TreatmentValueofL
