1、浅析欧洲一体化进程中的欧洲文化认同浅析欧洲一体化进程中的欧洲文化认同AnalysistheEuropeanCulturalIdentityintheProcessofEuropeanIntegration【摘要】目前,从世界范围看,欧盟是迄今为止一体化程度最高,且实行着政府间合作和超国家合作有机组合的区域共同体。欧洲一体化进程以前所未有的深度和广度走在世界各区域一体化的前面。欧洲一体化是集经济一体化、政治一体化和文化一体化于一身的综合性进程。从长远来看,文化层面的相互融合问题对欧洲一体化而言更为重要。随着一体化的不断深化和扩大,文化因素甚至
2、会决定一体化发展的方向和未来。因此,加强共同的欧洲观念、欧洲价值,形成真正的欧洲文化认同是欧洲一体化进一步发展的重要目标。建构欧洲文化认同的目的就是要培养民众对欧盟的认同感和归属感,使欧盟日益成为一个统一的整体。欧洲文化认同不仅为欧洲公民接受欧洲政治、经济统一的现实奠定心理学和文化学的基础,也制约着欧洲一体化的未来进展。只有建立在超民族的欧洲文化认同基础上的欧盟,才能有持久的生命力。欧洲文化认同的形成并非是一帆风顺的,它需要欧洲人用智慧去创造,欧盟正在通过对内对外的形式进行欧洲文化认同建构的努力。【Abstract】Sofar,Europe

4、economicalintegration,politicalintegrationandculturalintegration.Europeanintegrationbeginswitheconomicalarea,overflowstothepolitical,defense,socialandlegalareas,butitwillbeendedintheculturalarea.Onalongview,theintegrationandidentityofcultureismoreimportantfortheintegration
5、ofEurope,thecultureevenwilldecidethedirectionandfutureofthedevelopmentofintegration.Asasuper-nationalregionalcommunity,thecohesionofEUnotonlyneedsthesource,regimeandpowerasthesafeguard,butalsoneedstheintegrationofspirit.Becausetheprocessofintegrationisaprocessofconstructin
6、gthecollectiveculturalidentity,andculturalidentityisthemoststableidentity,so,intensifyingthecommonEuropeanidea,Europeanvalue,constructingtherealEuropeanculturalidentityistheultimategoalofthedevelopmentofEuropeanintegration.Europeanculturalidentityisoneofthemotivationsofdev
