2、媒企业发展面临严峻的挑战。面对网络和新媒体的冲击，传媒企业在进行数字化转型的同时，需要对传统的传媒企业盈利模式进行变革，才能使传媒企业能在新环境下获得更好发展。本文选取出版传媒行业具有代表性以及影响力的江苏凤凰出版传媒股份有限公司作为案例，详细分析公司盈利模式变迁原因、研究公司盈利模式变迁过程。通过分析公司上市以来公开披露的财务数据，进一步阐述盈利模式变化对公司产生的影响，得出结论并提出建议。文章通过对凤凰传媒盈利模式变迁进行分析研究，希望能够为其他出版传媒企业盈利模式变迁提供一些借鉴意义。关键词：凤凰传媒；盈利模式；财务分析IA

3、BSTRACTWiththedevelopmentoftheInternetandnewmedia,thedevelopmentenvironmentofmediaenterprisesbasedonthetraditionalmodeofpublishinganddistributionhasundergonegreatchanges.Thisposesagreatthreattothesurvivalanddevelopmentofmediaenterprises.Thechangeofenvironmentcausesthe
