1、内部资源—深圳美莱IT业务系统使用手册(第n节)――工作室-接诊――工作室工作包括接诊、回访、客户信息管理等工作，本节仅为接诊处理系统使用说明。一．接诊处理流程图工作室前置工作为分诊，后置工作可能是收费处、病案室或者分诊。系统目前采用工作流方式来处理业务，工作流由消息和所携表单配合相应的流程来工作，表单有分诊送过来的接诊表、送往收费处的各种收费单(正常或预约金或储值或欠款消费、收预约金或收储值或收还款等)，以及提交给领导的可能的优惠或欠款申请单，以及转诊送往分诊台的新接诊表，所有单据都通过发往相应执行人的消息来携带，如图不同色带区别了不同的表单流转路径。工作室包括了医生、手术医
