1、中西医治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效分析作者【摘要】目的探讨应用中西医综合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选2007年1月至2010年12月中西医结合的方法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折60例为观察组,观察组采取严格卧床、鲑鱼降钙素及骨化三醇治疗、中医辨证用药、物理治疗及功能锻炼等方法,并随机抽取同期骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折60例为对照组,对照组采取卧硬板床、消炎镇痛等对症处理,测量观察组及对照组患者治疗前后骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白变化,进行疗效评价。结果观察组与对照组患
2、者治疗前骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白相比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组患者经中西医抗骨质疏松治疗后骨密度变化与对照组相比显著增高(P<0.05),组碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙蛋白变化与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松所致胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,应用中西医结合积极治疗可明显改变患者骨密度及骨代谢指标,缓解患者疼痛,促进骨折愈合,是可靠的治疗方法。【关键词】骨质疏松;胸腰椎压缩性骨折;中西医综合治疗applicationoftheintegrationoftraditionalChinese
