6、通知》(电力〔1999]40号),对DL440-1991《在役电站锅炉汽包的检验、评定及处理规程》进行了修订。本标准与DL44(卜.1991相比有以下一些主要变化:—标准名称改为《在役电站锅炉汽包的检验及评定规程》:—对在役汽包状态检验的项目、周期、检验内容及质量标准做了增补,以利于操作执行,进一步提高检验质量;一一增加了汽包“检验记录”条款;—对汽包强度校核和缺陷评定的条件、采用的标准以及评定报告的内容等项要求做了适当的补充;—对汽包需要焊接修复的条件及采用的标准做了明确的规定;—取消了原标准中有关汽包修复的章节,
7、汽包的修复按DL/T734《火力发电厂锅炉汽包焊接修复技术导则》执行:本标准实施后代替DL440-19910本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业电站金属材料标准化技术委员会归口并负责解释。本标准主要起草单位:国电热工研究院、兰州西固热电有限责任公司。本标准主要起草人:李益民、杨百勋、王金瑞、蔡连元。DL/T440一2004在役电站锅炉汽包的检验及评定规程1范围本标准规定了火力发电厂在役锅炉汽包的检验、安全性评定及缺陷修复处理等基本要求。本标准适用于额定蒸汽压力不小于3.8MPa(表压)的火力发电用在役锅炉
8、汽包。外置式汽水分离器和额定蒸汽压力小于3.8MPa(表压)的在役锅炉汽包可参照执行。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用
