2、加入维权组织和加入维权组织2种情况下所获收益的多少以及其作出的战略选择，得出农民工加入维权组织是一种理性行为，从博弈论的角度论证了通过各种措施提高工会组织的强硬名声对于解决农民工权益保护问题会起到积极作用。对现有农民工维权组织运作效果进行了分析，表明农民工自己的组织作用一般，而工会组织在农民工维权方面大有可为。农民工维权更倾向于合法方式，为进一步完善工会维权，说明了工会替农民工维权的正当合法性，并提出了工会提高自身强硬名声的具体措施。关键词农民工权益;博弈论;工会中图分类号f323.89文献标识码A文章编号0517-6611(2010)33-
