1、成都理工大学2013届本科毕业设计（论文）湖北省利用外资的现状、问题与对策作者姓名：程瑶专业班级：2009080102指导教师：曾海摘要随着中国的改革开放，全中国进入了高速发展的时期，利用外资也进入到新阶段。直到加入世贸组织，利用外资更是一种全新的时期。对于利用外资，中国整体是一种积极扩大的趋势，湖北省利用外资的额度也在不断增长，尤其是在直接投资方面。利用外资使湖北省展现了其飞速发展的独特一面，但在发展过程中也存在很多问题：投资企业投资地区分布不均，产业不均衡，环境污染严重，外资利用效率不够高。针对这一系列问题，只有通过相应对策才可以有效解决：可以加强对外资投入行业的引导，完善制度，
