5、bstract:AlesionGmimicmutantinrice(OryzasativaL.),chloroplasticGH2O2Ginducedlesion1(chl1),hasenhancedresistancetoriceblastandbacterialblight.Tounderstandthemolecularmechanismsunderlyingthisphenotypeanditsresistanceresponses,aproteomicsGbasedapproachwasusedtoidentifydifferentiallyGe
6、xpressedproteinsbetweenchl1anditswildtype.UsingtwoGdimensionalfluorescencedifferencegelelectrophoresistechnologyandmassspectrometry,70proteinspotsweresuccessfullyidentified,ofwhich46wereupGregulatedand24weredownGregulatedinthemutant.ThesedifferentiallyGexpressedproteinsareinvolved
7、indiversebiologicalprocessesincludingdiseaseresistance,photoGsynthesis,oxidationGreductionreaction,aminoacid/proteinmetabolism,chaperoningandcarbohydratemetabolism.ThecomplexregulatorynetworkinwhichtheseproteinsareinvolvedmayplayanimportantroleinregulatingtheproGgrammedcelldeathan
