1、河南理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)说明书摘要随着我国国民经济的发展,大中型制冷空调装置的需求日益增多。螺杆冷水机组广泛应用于大型中央空调系统中。企业在购买中央空调时,由于市场上中央空调的类型繁多,如何选择制冷机组的配套设备并使其高效运行成为关键。本文以制冷量为1000kW的螺杆冷水机组选型为基础,冷却水进水温度为,目的是制出的冷冻水。本文首先论述了大功率冷水机组的发展概况,说明了大功率螺杆式冷水机组具有广阔的市场、巨大的发展潜力。接着围绕提高产品的能源利用效率,实现机组的高效运转,对各个部件进行分析设计。重点进行了冷凝器和蒸发器的热力计算,同时进行了压缩机、
2、膨胀阀及其辅助设备的选型设计及管道的设计计算。制冷剂选择适合大型空调机组的氟利昂R22;压缩机选择高效可靠的半封闭式螺杆压缩机;冷凝器为卧式壳管式冷凝器,传热管为滚轧低肋管;蒸发器采用干式结构,采用内微肋管;节流阀采用ETS系列电子膨胀阀,同时进行了油分离器、视液镜、冷却塔、贮液器等相关辅助设备的选型;最后,采用公式法进行了管道的设计计算,并估算了制冷剂的充贮量。关键词:螺杆冷水机组,壳管式冷凝器,干式蒸发器,半封闭式螺杆压缩机,ETS系列电子膨胀阀66河南理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)说明书ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofourna
