3、veredamajorculturechangealongwithsignificantOEEandqualityimprovements,theintroductionofleanmanufacturinghighlightedthatthishadbeenachievedatthecostofcreatinganumberofislandsofexcellence;resultinginhighlevelsofWIPandlongleadtimes.Theimplementationofleanmanufacturingisnowenablingthiselec
4、tronicproductsmanufacturertobuildonitsexcellentfoundationofcontinuousimprovement,andstarttheprocessofmovingawayfrombatchandqueuetocreatingflowthroughthewholeplant;reducingWIPandleadtime,andimprovingproductivity,withoutcompromisingpreviousgains.Originality/valueBringstotheattentionofman
