5、oatings1PrefaceThepurposeofthisGuidelineistoprovideguidanceforimplementationof“PerformanceStandardforProtectiveCoatingsfordedicatedseawaterballasttanksinalltypesofshipsanddouble-sideskinspacesofbulkcarriers(hereinafterreferredtoas“PSPC”)”referredintheamendmentstoregulationsII-1/

6、3-2andXII/6oftheInternationalConventionfortheSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS),1974,asamendedadoptedbyresolutionMSC.216(82).本指南旨在为进行MSC.216(82)会议通过的SOLAS第II-1/3-2和XII/6.条修正案中所引入的PSPC所要求的执行提供指导。ThetermsusedinthisGuidelinehavethesamemeaningasthosedefinedinPSPC.本指南中所引用的术语与PSPC中的定义相同。Thesegu
