2、latformInformationAnyInformationofficiallysubmittedandaffirmedthroughtheSCS,includingbutnotlimitedtothestatements,invitations,commitments,andchecklistshaveobtainedcorrespondingauthorizationandhavethesameeffectivenessuponbothHuaweiandSupplieraswrittenc

3、ontractsorappendicesonpapers.2.RightsandObligations2.1ForHuawei(1)HuaweiisentitledtoreviewandapprovetheSupplier'sapplicationforobtaining,modifyingorterminatingtheauthorizationtousetheSCS.(2)Huaweiisentitledtomodifypartorallservicesorinformationprovide

4、dontheSCSatanytimewithoutpriornotificationtotheSupplier.(3)HuaweiisentitledtodeleteorprocessthefollowinginformationorprogramsbyrestrictionswithoutpriornotificationtotheSupplier:(i)Includingbutnotlimitedtofraudulent,threateningorfakeinformation;(ii)Inf

5、ormationirrelevanttothesystemorforpurposesotherthan"procurement-supply";(iii)Informationinvolvingmaliciousbidsorintendedtodisorderthenormaltransactions;(iv)InformationthatdamageorislikelytodamagethelegalinterestsofHuaweiandotherusersoftheSCS;(v)Inform

6、ationcontainingcontentthatviolatesthelawsandsocialcommoninterests;(vi)InformationorprogramsthatthreatenorarelikelytothreatenthesecurityoftheSCS.(4)AfterSupplierterminatestheuseoftheSCS,HuaweiisentitledtobutnotobligatedtomaintainortransferSupplier'smat

7、erials,includingbutnotlimitedtotheSupplier'sbasicmaterialsandtransactionrecords,etc.2.2.ForSupplier(1)Suppliershallsubmittheapplicationforobtaining,modifyingorterminatingtheauthoritytousetheSCStoHuawei,andgettheaccountandpasswordoftherelevantSCSonceth

8、eapplicationisapproved.(2)SupplierpromisesthatanyandalldataandinformationthattheyprovidetoSCSaretruthfulandaccurateandmaketimelyupdatestorelevantdataand/orinformationafteritchanges.(3)SuppliershallnotassigntheuseraccountandpasswordofSCStoother
