1、SCSAgreementConfidentiality:InternalProvidedSupplierusesHuawei’SCS(SupplyCollaborationSystem)platformtosubmitandexchangeinformation,Supplierherebyundertakesandagreesthetermsandconditionsasthefollowing(includingtherevisededitions):1.EffectivenessofthePlatformInformationAn

2、yInformationofficiallysubmittedandaffirmedthroughtheSCS,includingbutnotlimitedtothestatements,invitations,commitments,andchecklistshaveobtainedcorrespondingauthorizationandhavethesameeffectivenessuponbothHuaweiandSupplieraswrittencontractsorappendicesonpapers.2.Rightsand

3、Obligations2.1ForHuawei(1)HuaweiisentitledtoreviewandapprovetheSupplier'sapplicationforobtaining,modifyingorterminatingtheauthorizationtousetheSCS.(2)HuaweiisentitledtomodifypartorallservicesorinformationprovidedontheSCSatanytimewithoutpriornotificationtotheSupplier.(3)H

4、uaweiisentitledtodeleteorprocessthefollowinginformationorprogramsbyrestrictionswithoutpriornotificationtotheSupplier:(i)Includingbutnotlimitedtofraudulent,threateningorfakeinformation;(ii)Informationirrelevanttothesystemorforpurposesotherthan"procurement-supply";(iii)Inf

5、ormationinvolvingmaliciousbidsorintendedtodisorderthenormaltransactions;(iv)InformationthatdamageorislikelytodamagethelegalinterestsofHuaweiandotherusersoftheSCS;(v)Informationcontainingcontentthatviolatesthelawsandsocialcommoninterests;(vi)Informationorprogramsthatthrea

6、tenorarelikelytothreatenthesecurityoftheSCS.(4)AfterSupplierterminatestheuseoftheSCS,HuaweiisentitledtobutnotobligatedtomaintainortransferSupplier'smaterials,includingbutnotlimitedtotheSupplier'sbasicmaterialsandtransactionrecords,etc.2.2.ForSupplier(1)Suppliershallsubmi

7、ttheapplicationforobtaining,modifyingorterminatingtheauthoritytousetheSCStoHuawei,andgettheaccountandpasswordoftherelevantSCSoncetheapplicationisapproved.(2)SupplierpromisesthatanyandalldataandinformationthattheyprovidetoSCSaretruthfulandaccurateandmaketimelyupdatestorel
