1、耐碱转GsGSTs基因苜蓿农艺性状调查 摘要:为研究前期获得的耐碱转GsGSTs基因苜蓿与其对照在农艺性状上是否存在差异,进行了产量性状和形态性状的调查与统计分析。产量性状包括鲜草产量、干物质产量及茎分枝数;形态性状包括株高增长速度、节数及节间长度,同时进行了碱胁迫下表型分析。结果表明,转GsGSTs基因苜蓿植株在产量性状及形态性状方面与对照相比无显著差异。在碱胁迫下,非转基因苜蓿对照株系明显萎蔫、失绿,而转GsGSTs基因苜蓿株系均能保持较正常的生长状态。此结果说明外源基因GsGSTs在苜蓿中的表达没有改变其本身优良的农艺性状,同时其目
