2、系种子正常播种,将转基因植株与对照东农5O的生育期、株高、主茎节数、分枝数、主茎荚数、分枝荚数、单株粒数等性状进行比较,研究ThlPK2基因对大豆农艺性状方面的影响。结果表明,在正常条件下,转基因株系和对照植株相比,生育期并没有改变,而株高、主茎荚数、分枝荚数、分枝数和单株粒数农艺性状呈显著或极显著提高,这表明ThlPK2基因对提高大豆产量有利。干旱胁迫导致大豆叶片各项光合生理指标下降;但转ThlPK2基因大豆的各项光合生理指标高于非转基因对照。经干旱胁迫后,转基因植株与对照相比积累了更多的干物质。关键词:ThlPK2;
