1、富余水深规定UKCregulation1.1富裕水深的定义（UKCdefinition）船舶在浅水区航行时，为保证船舶安全，应使水深超过实际吃水并保持有一定的安全余量。这个安全余量通常称之为富裕水深。Inordertoensuresafenavigationoftheship,thedepthofchannelshallbegreaterthanship’sdraftwithasafeallowancewhiletheshipisproceedinginshallowwater.Thissafeallowanceiscommonlycalled“UKC”UKC

2、=H+Ht-D-SUKC：富裕水深(underkeelclearance)H：海图水深(chartdatum)Ht：根据潮汐表推算的当时当地的海图基准面上的潮高(Thetidalheightabovethechartdatumbasistideprediction.)D：静止时船舶的实际最大吃水(Actualship’smax.staticdraft.)S：船体下沉量(squat)4.2确定富裕水深应考虑的因素（ThefollowingfactorstobeconsideredwhileascertaintheUKC）船长在考虑浅水水域航行时所需最低限度的富裕

3、水深时，保证船体的任何部位都具有不会与海底相接触的安全间隙，必须充分考虑船舶的下沉量和以下因数：InconsiderationoftheMin.UKCwhichtheshipwouldproceedinginshallowwater,asafeallowanceisrequiredtoensurethatanypartsofship’shullshallnotbetouchedseabottom.Thevessel’ssquatandthefollowingfactorstobeconsidered.4.2.1海图水深的测量误差，国际上测深的误差标准为：水深0

4、-20米，允许误差0.3米；水深20-100米，允许误差1.0米；Themeasurementerrorofchartdepth,theinternationalstandardofdepthmeasurementerror:depthscale0-20m,theallowederroris0.3m,depthscale20-100m,theallowederroris1.0m4.2.2当时当地的基准潮高的误差；TheerroroflocalChartDatumatthattime;4.2.3大气压变化对海平面高度的影响，每变化1HP，水位相应变化1厘米；Th

5、einfluencetosealevelheightduetoalternationofatmospherepressure,intheeventof1Hpalternation,correspondingwaterlevelchangetobe1cm.4.2.4航行时会导致船体的下沉；ShipwillSquatduringshipisunderway;4.2.5海水密度的变化；Alternationofseawaterdensity;4.2.6波浪使船体产生纵摇、横摇、垂荡而引起船舶吃水的变化；Theincrementofship’sdraftduetoro

6、lling,pitchingandsaggingofthevessel4.2.7考虑硬性底质与软性底质的差异，富裕水深在岩石底应估算入60厘米，在砂底应估算入30厘米；Thedifferencebetweenhardandsoftseabedshallbetakenintoaccount.TheUKCassumptionshalladded60cmonrockseabedand30cmonsandseabed.4.2.8河流、或潮流、或风浪大的航道，局部海底起伏状况会因泥沙的走动而变化；Takenintoaccountthealternationofseabe
