1、抗阻训练和中等强度有氧运动对冠心病患者ADP和CRP的影响观察摘耍:目的观察弹力带抗阻训练和中等强度有氧运动训练对冠心病患者ADP、IGF-1和CRP水平的变化。方法我科2012年10月〜2013年10月收治的符合入组条件的冠心病患者,在药物治疗慕础上,随机分为A、B两组,A组给予3次/w,30~40min/次的中等强度有氧运动方案,13组给予3次/w,40〜60min/次的弹力带抗阻训练方案。结果A组和B组患者lw时ADP和CRP水平较本组运动训练开始前基线水平无明显变化(P>0.05),两组
2、间无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组和B组患者4w和8w时ADP水平较本组运动训练开始前基线水平降升高(P0.05);A组和B组患者lw.4w和8w时CR卩水平较木组运动训练开始前基线水平无变化(P>0.05),两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。ADP和CRPZ间未提示有相关性。结论弹力带抗阻训练和中等强度有氧训练改善了冠心病患者运动4w、8w后的ADP水平,但对CRP水平无明显影响;两种运动方式对冠心病患者ADP水平影响无显著性差异。关键词:抗阻训练;有氧运动;炎症因子;冠心病Abstrac
