2、品系冬眠枝条萌发芽(芽尖)为外植体,用75%酒精、0.1%Hgcl:和2%NaClO进行不同消毒剂组合及不同消毒时间灭菌处理。【结果】单独使用75%酒精消毒30s、o.1%Hgcl:消毒时间≤6min消毒效果较好,2%Naclo灭菌时间不宜超过6min。75%酒精(30s)+0.1%Hgcl:(6min)处理蓓蕾蓝果忍冬成活率最高,长白山1号蓝果忍冬对75%酒精反应敏感,75%酒精消毒可提高其外植体成活率,2%NaclO对阿尔泰l号蓝果忍冬有明显的消毒效果,而蓝鸟蓝果忍冬对2%Nacl0反应不敏感,2%NaClO消毒对其外植体成活率没有明显影响。综合污染率、成活率等因素,不同品系的蓝
