2、曲轴在各缸最大爆发压力下的薄弱部位,提出了改进措施,并对曲轴进行了自由模态分析,为曲轴的优化设计和动力学分析提供了理论依据。利用Solidworks建立了曲轴的三维实体模型,运用ANSYSWorkbench的静力分析模块和Fatiguetool工具箱,对曲轴在各缸最大爆发压力下的强度和可靠性进行分析,同时利用Block1.gt/lez08法,对曲轴在自由状态下进行了模态分析,得到了曲轴的固有频率和振型。结果显示:最大应力和最小寿命位置均出现在爆发缸所在的两个相邻连杆轴颈连接处,且曲轴的最低固有频率远高于基频,避开了共振频率,为曲轴的结构改进和后处理方式提供参考。【关键词】曲轴;有限元分
