2、组和假手术组,每纽】0只。观察各组大鼠左心室重量指数(LVM1)和左心室舒张末压(IVEDP)、左心室压力最大上升及下降速率(±dp/dt),采用Massion染色法光镜下观察左心室心肌形态结构变化,sI免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠左心室心肌中TGF一8表达情况,RT~PCR测定各组大鼠左心宣心肌TGF~口mRNA水平。结票与模型组比较.曲美他嗪组、雷米普利组和联合用药组土dp/dt明显升高.LVEI)P、IVMI、TGF—p阳性表达和T(;F~BmRNA水平明显降低,联合用药组改变更为显著。光镜下显
