2、8周分别测定两组患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、内皮素一1和超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)。结果治疗后8周，对照组与通心络治疗组患者HbA1C差异无统计学意义『(5．7±1．0)％vs．(5．94-1．0)％，t=0．639，P>0．05]，通心络组患者内皮素一1和hs—CRP均明显低于对照组『(744-9)ng／Lvs．(794-1o)ng／L，(4．14-1．9)mg／Lvs．(6．14-3．0)mg／L；t：2．743，3．709：P均<0．051。通心络组患者的内皮素一1与hs—CRP

3、较治疗前降低『(744-9)ng／Lvs．(80±11)ng／L，(4．1±1．9)mg／Lvs．(6．44-3．4)mg／L；t：2．875，3．704；P均<0．05]，而对照组含量较治疗前均无明显变化[(794-lO)ng／Lvs．(804-10)ng／LI(6．1-4-3．0)mg／Lvs．(6．1-4-3．1)mg／L；t=0．182，0．368；P均>0．05]。结论通心络可能有助于改善T2DM患者的血管内皮功能和炎症反应情况。【关键词】通心络；糖尿病，2型；内皮素一l；超敏C反应蛋
