2、技术检测该群体myoG基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),分析SNPs与体重的关联性。结果表明,在MyoG基因第1外含子的108位碱基发生了C—T突变,形成了HH,HI,II3种基冈型。H等位基因频率为0.3271,I等位基因频率为0.6729。太湖鹅群体纯合度为0.5598,多态信息含量为0.3422。太湖鹅初生重在不同基因型间无显著性差异。在早期生长过程中,太湖鹅II型体重在不同周龄时处于最大值,杂合子Hl型处于中间,HH型最小。在10周龄时,公鹅II型、Ⅲ型的体重差异不明显,但均显著高于HH型体重;母鹅II型体重显著性高于HH型,Hl型体重与HH型、II型体重并无显著差异
