1、输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗合并临床症状的肾盏结石分析　　【摘要】目的探究输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗合并临床症状的肾盏结石临床效果。方法80例合并临床症状的肾盏结石患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者给予经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗，观察组患者给予输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗，对比两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果观察组的一次碎石成功率明显高于对照组，手术时间短于对照组。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.5%，明显低于对照组患者的15.0%，差异有统计学意义。观察组患者的住院时间为d，短于对照组的d，差异有统计学意义。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗合并临床症状的肾盏结石效果确切，手
