1、第31卷第2期中华中医药学刊Vol．31No．22013年2月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEFeb．2013中西医结合治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析黄正国(富阳市人民医院儿科，浙江富阳311400)摘要:目的:中西医结合疗法治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取2010月1月—2012年1月我院收治的80例毛细支气管炎的患儿为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例，对照组给予抗感染、激素及对症支持等常规治疗，治疗组根据临床辩证加用中药治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效及临床症状的消失时间。

2、结果:(1)治疗组的咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿罗音消失时间及平均住院时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05);(2)治疗组治愈38例，有效1例，总有效率为97．5%，显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05);(3)2个月后治疗组肺功能各项指标均比对照组明显好转(P＜0．05);(4)治疗组与对照组比较，其平均住院费用及出院后2个月内复发率差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗毛细支气管炎疗效较好，能迅速缓解患儿的临床症状，值得推广。关键词:毛细支气管炎;中西医结合疗法;咳嗽中图分类号:R322．34
