1、中圊患学c曼攉2014,30(11):11—15ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin珍禽贵妃鸡体尺性状和血液生理生化指标的测定与分析李乃宾,杨芬霞,杜炳旺,陶林,陈洁波(广东海洋大学动科系,广东湛江524088)摘要:为给珍禽贵妃鸡的人工饲养繁殖、健康状况检测及经济开发等提供科学的参考数据和理论依据,本试验对12周龄贵妃鸡进行体尺性状和血液生理生化指标测定。结果表明:(1)公鸡活重极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01),龙骨长、胫围和胫长显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),体斜长高于母鸡,没有达到显著水平(P>0.05);(2)
2、血液生理生化:公鸡红细胞分布宽度(RDW)显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),其他血液生理指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。公鸡的羟丁酸脱氢酶(指标显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)和尿酸(UA)指标显著低于母鸡(0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALe~指标极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),其他血液生化指标差异不显著>0.05)。贵妃鸡的血液生理生化指标具有相对稳定性,这一结果能为贵妃鸡选育、健康状况、疾病防治和饲养管理提供参考,同时结果表明贵妃鸡具有较好的抗病及抗应激能力。关键词:贵妃鸡;体尺性状;血液生理指标;血液生化指标中图分类号:$831文献标
