3、eseAcademyofSciences,Shanghai200050,China)Abstract:Thepresentresearchdemonstratesthesignificantinfluenceoffluoridecontentonthemorphology,phasestructureandchemicalcompositionofZrO2nanotubearrayswhichwerepreparedviaadirectelectrochemicalanodi—zationofzirconiumfoilin
4、glycerol—basedelectrolytescomposedof5vo1%H20anddiferentcontentsofNH4FfromO.1mol/Lto1.1mol/L.Theas—preparednanotubearrayswithexternaldiameterof90-130nmandlengthof4.8—9.1Ixmwerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),X—raydifraction(XRD)andX—rayphotoelectrons
5、pectrum(XPS).TheresultsshowthatthehighlyorderedandverticallyalignedtetragonalZrO2nanotubearrayscanbeobtainedintheelectrolytecontaining0.7mol/LNH4FandtheybecomeamorphousatlowerNH4FconcentrationandcollapseathigherNILFconcentration.Moreover,theF/Oatomicrationeartheto
