1、r中国科技核心期刊全国中文核心期刊矿业类核心期刊J隔膜压滤机入料方式的研究王辉锋,赵龙2,徐志强,蔡斌(1.中国矿业大学(北京)化学与环境工程学院,北京100083;2.中国煤炭科工集团唐山研究院,河北唐山063012)摘要:介绍了单一泵送入料、高低压双泵入料和单一泵变频入料等压滤机传统入料方式的工作原理,并对其优缺点进行了分析。为了进一步提高压滤机产率,提出了高位二级入料系统新工艺,并以小康选煤厂煤泥为实验煤样对单一泵送入料方式和高位二级入料方式的应用效果进行了对比分析。结果表明:高位二级入料系统对于难过滤煤
2、泥具有很强的适应性,与单一泵送入料方式相比,高位二级入料系统总装机功率明显减少,压滤机入料时间由40rain缩短至25min,总循环时间由60min降至34rain,产能提高了1.54倍,滤饼水分下降2%,入料系统吨煤泥电耗由9.26kwh降至1.85kWh,总体节能效果显著。高位二级入料系统配套的滤布自更生系统可实现滤板、滤布的封闭式自动清洗,而滤液清浊分排回用系统则使得清液回用,浊液回浓缩机,不但大大节约水资源,而且减轻了浓缩机负荷。关键词:高位二级入料;单一泵送入料;压滤机;煤泥;产能中图分类号:TIM6
