2、、200、100mg／(kg·d)】，用药7d，腹腔注射，正常对照组、模型组注射等量生理盐水，除正常对照组外，其余各组尾静脉注射20mg／l【g刀豆蛋白A(ConA)。12h后测定血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)，计算肝脏、脾脏指数，测定血清TNF川含量。结果与模型组比较，高、中、低剂量的复方甘草酸苷均能明显降低ConA介导的肝损伤小鼠肝、脾指数，降低血清中AST、ALT的水平，明显降低血清中TNF—a的含量。结论复方甘草酸苷对ConA所致免疫性肝损伤小鼠具有保护作用。关键词：复方甘草酸苷(CG)；免
