2、础日粮,试验期14d。试验结束后采集血液,肝素抗凝,离心分离血浆,测定血糖浓度;放血处死后取空、回肠组织各两份,另一份采用于组织固定,进行形态学观察;一份利用荧光定量RT—PCR法,测定葡萄糖转运载体SGLT1和GLUT2mRNA的表达。结果与基础日粮组相比,SBOS组葡萄糖转运载体的表达具有肠道空间位置特异性,空肠SGLT1和GLUT2mRNA的表达量显著高于回肠(P<0.05);并显著高于基础日粮组空肠的表达量(P<0.05);SBOS~,,著提高了仔猪小肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(P<0.05)。结论SBOS
