1、丙戊酸钠联合唾硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效［摘要］冃的研究探讨应用丙戊酸钠联合唾硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年9月-2016年10月收治的86例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者，随机分成对照组（丙戊酸钠联合氯i人j嗪）与联合组（内戊酸钠联合嗪硫平），每组43例。记录两组患者治疗前后认知功能、临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月后联合组治愈率为65.12%显著高于对照组的55.81%（P<0.05）；联合组持续应答数及错误应答数改善情况显著优于对照组（PV0.05）；联合组不良反应发生率为11.63%,对照组则为25
