1、石油化工2013年第42卷第3期PETR0CHEMICALTECHNOL0GY·325·改性纳米氟碳涂料的自清洁性与抗茵性王荣民,刘发锐,何玉凤,王博贽,王晓雯,李榕(西北师范大学化学化工学院生态环境相关高分子材料教育部重点实验室甘肃省高分子材料重点实验室,甘肃兰州730070)[摘要]采用3一甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性的复合纳米TiO与氟碳共聚物乳液共混得到改性纳米氟碳乳液,并以该乳液为主要成膜物,与颜填料进行混合制得了改性纳米氟碳涂料。考察了氟碳涂料、纳米氟碳涂料和改性纳米氟碳涂料的常规性能、抗菌
2、性和自清洁性。实验结果表明,3种氟碳乳液的性能均符合合成树脂乳液内墙涂料标准,其中,改性纳米氟碳乳液的固含量最高且成膜温度最低;改性纳米氟碳涂料对葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的抗菌率可达~fJ99%,且对这2种细菌的抗菌耐久性分别达97%和96%;改性纳米氟碳涂料涂层的吸水量低,疏水性强,具有良好的自清洁性。[关键词]复合纳米二氧化钛;氟碳共聚物乳液;自清洁涂料;抗菌性能[文章编号]l000—8144(2013)03—0325—05[中图分类号]TQ630.43[文献标志码]ASelf-CleaningandAn
